Hello!
My name is Miłosz and I have over 15 years of online experience.
Below a brief summary of what I do
and how I work : )
We start our collaboration with a conversation with people from business or marketing. Not sure where to begin? No problem — we'll find out everything we need through a Design Thinking workshop or user needs research. The phase known as "discovery" is a vital part of every project. Your employees are experts in their field — it's time to unleash that power and deliver great ideas!
I generally follow a standardised UX process consisting of five phases: empathise, define, ideate, prototype, test. This process is scalable and flexible, taking into account the specifics of each project. There are many solutions I trust and have used for years — one of them is choosing the right engine for your new website, such as a Content Management System (CMS): WordPress, Joomla, or CMS Made Simple.
Whether you already have a great website or I build one for you, a site where nothing happens is not good for business. Working with your marketing team, I can create content and deploy it online across many different channels, such as social media. I use the highest quality hosting solutions — scalable and tailored to the needs of your organisation, ensuring near 100% uptime.
Even if you decide to hand over administration to another company, I almost always offer training and support. I have trained a wide variety of teams with varying levels of knowledge and ability. We can meet at your office, at another location, or online. Implementing certain processes will ensure a smooth handover of services, and if the need arises — I'm here to help!
